• Where is the store based?

  Raymond, WA

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  As long as you are willing to pay the extra shipping, I am more then happy to ship internationally!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I usually have everything packaged and shipped within the week of payment clearing and do most post office runs on Tuesday. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If there is a delay with shipping, you will be notified asap.

• Can I request a custom made item?

  Of course you can! No two items I make are alike so you are always guaranteed a unique item! Simply message me what you would like me to create and I will determine if I have the skill to create it, then send you a quote on how much it would be. I require a minimum of a 25% non-refundable down payment before I start the project.

• I have allergies, do you ship from a pet free/smoke free environment?

  I am a non-smoker with a very strict no tolerance policy where my crafts are concerned.

  However I do share my living space, and occasionally my work space, with two hooliganistic felines. I do my absolute best to keep them off of/away from my crafting supplies, but the stray kitty hair does escape me. If you are truly concerned, let me know and I will take extra care to de-hair your purchase.

• I really like the custom order you did before, can I have one exactly like it?

  I am pleased you enjoy my custom work! By the very nature of the piece being custom, I can not make you an exact duplicate. I can, however, make you something similar along the same lines.

• I have a question that isn't answered in this FAQ and it might be a stupid/odd/out there question, what should I do?

  Feel free to fill out that contact form and send me all your questions! No matter how stupid/odd/out there you feel they may be. I promise to answer to the best of my ability in a timely manner. =]

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
